Manufacturers Warranty

At Steven Stone we adhere to our high standards and quality by providing a Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty with all diamond and gem set jewellery purchased from our website. Our warranty protects your jewellery against defects in design, manufacturing and workmanship.

Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty Conditions

In a manufacturing fault occurs, we will always happily put it right under the following conditions:

1. The product is checked by us at least once a year, including a free inspection and ultrasonic cleaning service – the only charge for this service is delivery/shipping if required.
2. The warranty may be void if the engagement ring or piece of jewellery has not seen by us for more than a year.
3. It would be your responsibility to ensure the item is checked each year.
4. The warranty is only provided upon presentation of the original invoice or receipt indicating the date when the product was purchased.

Please note: The warranty will not be applicable for repairs from accidental damage or wear and tear.

We advise that you insure all of your jewellery, as we do not provide insurance.
